O LORD, be gracious to us; we long for you. Be our strength every morning, our salvation in time of distress.
Sometimes, we feel stressed in the morning because we immediately begin to think about everything that has to be done before the evening begins. A good stress reliever before stepping out of the bed would be to say, "Thank you God for waking me up. Let my heart not be troubled by anything you can't help me solve." Take a deep breath and then execute your day. Try that every morning and watch how trouble rolls off your back with no problem.
