Peace Over Pride

James 5:16

Therefore confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective.

INSPIRATION

There is more to forgiveness than just saying, "I'm Sorry". In order for full restoration to take place, you must also admit your faults that led up to the separation and then pray together so that it will never happen again. Until both parties begin praying for the same healing, restoration will never happen. Today, approach the person you haven't spoken to in a long time and pray together to mend the broken relationship. Not only will you feel restored, but God will be pleased that you chose peace over pride.
